PYO is open!

When & Where:

We opened the orchards for Pick Your Own starting in the summer of 2015. Both the apple and peach orchard are located at 7786 Steinsburg Road in Coopersburg.

Pick Your Own generally occurs from August through October.  See our Contact & Hours page for more specific information.

Pick Your Own Peaches:

Our peaches start to ripen in early July. Each variety can be picked for about 1-2 weeks before the next variety will ripen up. See the Peaches & Nectarines page for the order of ripening.

Pick Your Own Apples:

Our apples start to ripen around the last week in August or first week in September. Gala is the earliest variety to ripen, but all 14 varieties will ripen within the months of September and October. We will post on the home page what is ready to be picked each week. When the fall weather is not cooperating for Pick Your Own, we open up the pack house, also located at 7786 Steinsburg Road, so you can pick your own out of the bins that we have already picked (or if you are brave, you are still welcome to bear the elements and pick yourself).

We also use some of our delicious apples to make excellent cider! We press and bottle it into half gallons and full gallons available for sale at a reasonable price at Pick Your Own.

How:

Peaches, nectarines and apples are sold by the pound at an excellent price. We will provide clean baskets and bags for picking.
